THE JAPANESE HAVE NOT SEEN THEIR CRANES: BIRDS FLEW AWAY TO ESCAPE THE HEAT

Yesterday evening last participants of the XXI Congress of Mayors of Siberia, Far East and the West coast of Japan left the capital of Amur oblast. Before that the delegation from the Land of the Rising Sun visited Muraviovka reserve in order to see real Japanese cranes. Unfortunately guests were not able to see these beautiful birds in the wild. Although many of them for about half an hour were trying to find the red-crowned cranes in the valley of the reserve with cameras in their hands, the heat prevented to see the birds. Birds just flew away fleeing from high temperature, so Japanese officials managed to see only one crane, which was grown in a special cage. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the trip. - Here is a stunning beauty and endless open spaces. We have no similar places in Japan, - admired Mayor Akira Niitata Synod . – It’s so wonderful. That you try to preserve cranes here, because it’s a part of our nature too.Japanese also admired Amur craftsmen who manufactures souvenirs in Muraviovka reserve. Sparing no money, they literally swept away from the counter figurines and jugs made by local potters. A head of the ecology of the city of Kanazawa Kenichi Hamada even mastered the art of painting. Under the guidance of an experienced master Viktoriia Kalinina, he deftly painted a bird on a wooden egg, which he received as a gift.
